I was recently upgraded to 2022 and now CAD keeps crashing about 50% of the time I try to edit or create mtext. I don't know that this is a LandFX issue at all, but wondered if anyone had any info? I've just submitted a crash report to Autodesk, 311594178. AutoCad's error shows: FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e0434352h Exception at 9C614ED9h.
Thanks

Thank you for reminding me, we just made a BETTER, permanent fix!

F/X CAD 2022 Freezes When You Use a Multileader (MLeader) Label Tool, Edit Multiline Text (Mtext), or Run the MTEXT Command

Install that fix. Our F/X CAD 2022 installer is now also fixed, so any future installs won't have this issue.
We do have one other user reporting this and we are still looking for the right solution.

(edit: this is no longer needed and we've found consistent steps. See more recent post.)
Right now, they're trying out uninstalling and reinstalling F/X CAD 2022. Have you tried this?

Here are the steps:
Take note of your Serial number and product key by typing ABOUT in the commandline and clicking Manage License.
Do not delete your LandFX folder or uninstall your F/X Server and all of your Land F/X data will remain (if local data - but I believe you're cloud data Julie, so don't worry about this - mostly listing since we're on the forum)
Be sure to go through the complete uninstall steps outlined below so we make sure we tear out all of the Autodesk stuff.
Uninstall & Reinstall F/X CAD or AutoCAD
Then go ahead and all the instructions below to install F/X CAD 2022 but SKIP STEP 2, you already have Land F/X installed.
Install F/X CAD 2022
Use the same Serial number to activate it.

Past that, we're not yet able to replicate it, so key to figuring out the bug will be to find a way to replicate it 100% of the time, diluting it to consistent steps in a blank drawing.

Noting - we've found a temporary workaround. Fire the MTEXT command at the beginning of opening a drawing. The crash won't happen.

We're still working through the cause to find a ultimate solution. We're close. We can tell it's only happening when a block is inserted first, and then mtext is edited. This also affects placing mleaders after placing a block. Firing MTEXT first resolves this too.
