I am having issues creating a new detail using bubble callouts.  If I try to create a detail in a file that is already calling out bubble callouts it works as usual.  When I start a new drawings I get an error and the bubble callout wont show up.  I have attached an image showing the error that pops up.

Bret,

This is definitely a bit odd if creating a new detail, which I'm assuming is a pretty clean file.  You can see our documentation on the "invalid" error here:

https://www.landfx.com/kb/planting-issues/errors/item/973-invalid-error.html

But that is primarily going to cover the issue being related to proxy objects.  So it's possible it is something else.  You can also try manually opening the bubble callout from that path, which might give you a more descriptive error.

Jeremiah,

I am using a fresh new drawing, but I went through your document and it still shows the same error.  I also took a file that I can place detail callouts and removed everything from that drawing, including nuking it, so it was a completely blank drawing and now it shows the same errror.

Bret,

Are you able to manually open the callout file?

Bret,

It sounds like we will need to get you in a remote session to see what could be going wrong.

I'll get a ticket started and have one of our technicians contact you.
