How would one select a custom arrow style for the plant callouts? Although there are a few nice options, I would like to select "Open 30" to match the landscape tags to our civil standard.

Unfortunately this would not be a simple adjustment to the system. However, we have noted this as a potential wishlist item. The issue goes down further than just giving the option to select that as your custom arrow style. We would want to make sure to include the ability to pick the style in all arrow locations throughout the software. We also need to consider if the effort needed to implement this style and if it would be utilized by more than one firm. We would love to hear from others that might see a need for this style as well.
If you must adhere to the Civil standard, you can always select all leaders and manually adjust the arrow style by the properties menu.

I agree; the graphic style of the leader appears to be entirely overrides. Perhaps the best way for customization is for the leader to "simply" utilize a dimension style that is similar to the reference note callout or site dimensions (LandFX-QLEADER-SDIM20, for example).
