When copying a detail from a library or another project the copied detail maintains the # from the source.
Is it possible to change this so that the copied detail # defaults to the next available # in your project? See attached example.

It would seem the best solution here, would be to add that as an option in the Copy/Move dialog box.
I'll get this noted on the wishlist.
