I love the ability to have a detail report as an additional way to guide the reviewer or the contractor to the proper details, I have a couple of requests/suggestions:
1) allow the ability to toggle the Reference number, it is great for internal review and cross reference but confusing to anyone outside your office.

2) along with notes, allow for other categories, I recently had a project where I also wanted to show the city reviewer where the structural details that related were located, so I exploded and overwrote the report to fit my needs , I now realize that I could have gone into each detail and adjusted the "note" but that is a general note and these are very specific detail locations i need to add, so in my case i had Number, Title, and Structural Reference as my three categories. That worked well, however since i exploded the report it just becomes a dumb list and not a smart LandFX component.

Thanks.

Bob,

This is interesting. We've definitely gotten a number of requests to be able to reference municipality standard details, and this is a great way to do it.
We'll see what we can come up with!

Bob,

Agreed, the detail reference should be an option if that displays.

I'm a little unclear on the notes. Where are you envisioning entering this data? Is it saved with the project, or the detail, or both?

i would think it would be saved with the project, I have attached what I have done, I needed to show the city where the structural details were which were city standard, shop drawings or from the structural engineer. I could also see the ability to place a note where you could find supplemental or link details like showing a trellis detail and then telling where the connection details are or the footing detail. I am sure that there are a few things the great users of LandFX could think of, as always thanks for making my life easier!
