One of our users received the Dreaded AcRxClassName Error. She followed the recommendations HERE: Error: AcRxClassName or Error: Exception Occurred (Placing a Reference Note Callout, MLeader, Schedule, or Work Area) (landfx.com), but that hasn't fixed it. It is happening in multiple drawings.
What would you suggest that we do now?

I am very sorry, there is a fix for this, but we neglected to add it to that KB you reference. We are working on adding it now. Thank you for pointing this out.
The fix is to run the Windows registry Editor as Administrator. Then go to File -> Import, and import that .reg file from the KB. Then reboot the computer and try again.

AAAUGH! Admin rights? OK. We will send in an IT ticket so that we can get this fixed. Thanks for the input. I'm sure that it will be fine.
