Please need to ask about something has been coming up while am trying to add the flush valves in my irrigation plan..
I have an error saying missing file..
Is there anybody else facing this issue rather than me?
And what should I do to fix it?

We adjusted some our block naming several months ago, and have recently begun removing the legacy filenames. If you add this valve to your project, it will get assigned the new block name, and will download without issue.
