We typically provide a table on the irrigation plan with a gpm range to determine the valve size. Is there any way to not show the valve size in the irrigation schedule?
As a workaround, I create two viewports and adjust them accordingly.

If you're adding a valve size chart, why can't it just include some text, indicating that the valve sizes shown in the plan are professional suggestions, and the installer/client can vary them as desired/necessary according to the allowable ranges in the chart below.
