Good afternoon. I have one of my team members having issues with saving details. She can save details to a project folder (P) but not to the standards (_standards_) folder. It kicks an error of no permissions to access. The files are hosted on one drive for the work group and all other users are able to save details in any folder as needed. It seems like maybe there is a permission setting that is messed up or I have missed but am not finding it. Anyone have any ideas on where I should be looking? Other thoughts?

Fresh wipe and reimage of the machine due to other issues. (problem exists prior to reimage and after).
Windows 10 enterprise
Microsoft OneDrive (all users are set with Owner permissions for LandFX folder)
LandFX updates checked and up-to-date.

Any thoughts/suggestions greatly appreciated.
Brandon,

It could be she has read-only permissions for the current Land F/X Preference Set. Have her pull up Preferences to verify, most of the options on the Detail tab will be greyed out in that case.

I assume you verified she can manually save a file into the _Standard_ subfolder?
It could also be due to needing to create a folder, which is a separate permission than creating a file, and could be locked down.

Thanks Jeremiah,

Figured out it. The Standard Library Division list was set to offline. Changed it and things seem to be working now.
Thanks.
