Hello! I'm using the Revit plugin, and am trying to label groups of shrubs. Using the group label, I successfully labeled a cluster of shrubs (52). I realized I had left some out of my initial selection area, so deleted the label and started again: group label, select one of the shrubs, draw a box around the whole thing. The label came up with only the number that I had initially excluded (12). Trying one more time, I deleted that one and repeated the process. This time the label has no quantity. So, it seems that once I have labeled something, it doesn't count in future labels? How can I "reset" the count so that when I've already deleted an unwanted label, the plants it was associated are still counted?

(As a test, I tried hitting "verify labels" when the zero-quantity label was still there. Every one of the shrubs highlighted as being unlabeled.)
Thanks for any help!
Kelly, thanks for letting us know about this. We are tracking this issue in our current Beta version and believe it's linked to an issue checking out families in a shared central model. I'm currently testing a version that should fix this issue and resolve this symptom of the quantities. It should be ready to release for Beta testers to update very soon in the coming weeks.

Hi Amanda,
Thanks for your response. In the meantime, is the best solution to count & label by hand? (Working towards a deadline that will happen before the update is likely released...)

Kelly,
You should be able to fix the issue through using the match properties tool from a working plant to a non-working plant of the same species. Make sure to check everything out of the central model first.
