Looking for someone who can help us with developing our RefNotes so they are more consistent, standardized and will integrate with our estimating and accounting departments. We could do ourselves but we are not that versed in it and we do not have the time. We are in the Houston, TX area and prefer someoen local but open to anyone based on their capabilities.
