It appears when using the RefNotes manager, the correct tag number is not being used when initially selected.  However, the second time selected, it associates the correct number.  For example, I have 6 ref notes created, I double click on the first one and it associates to the tag bench and the bubble shows (1).  I then double click, or select, then hit place (I've tried both), on note number 2, and place it on the trash can.  The bubble that pops up is still (1). I then delete the call out (wrong number 1) and redo the placement, and #2 correctly displays.  In order to get the correct number I have to place a note (always places the previous number), then delete that, then replace the tag.  Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Just to recap- Chris and I did a screenshare so I could see what was going on. RefNote Notations were being used, and when the callouts were being placed, the command was still active when trying to place the other callouts. Pressing enter or esc before placing a different callout did allow the right callout to be placed.

We also went over the other RefNote style options. Utilizing the Amenity RefNotes allowed us to place the items into the plan and then use one callout button continuously across a variety of Amenity items, and the system placed the right numbered callout each time.

Chris,

Yeah, it sounds like you might be making it harder than it needs to be. Is this issue just with Notation items? Or other Amenity, Area , and Length items as well?

Might be easiest if you send us your files in question and we can take a look at what might be going on. Follow the steps in the link below to get us the right files.

Jake,

I am getting 'Automation Error. Description was not provided' when attempting to save the file for support ticket.  I can do a share screen to show you the issue if that would be easier.
