Is it possible have a reference note schedule that is broken down by work area much like a plant schedule?

"If you generate any of the site schedules for a drawing with multiple Work Areas, the cursor will turn into a pickbox and the CAD Command line will prompt you to:

Select Work Area or <All>."

I don't have the "All" option mine says "Select Work Area or <Entire Drawing>"
