Is there a way to force the reference notes schedule to overwrite the database? the reason I ask is i do a spell check and find errors and correct them, but it is only in the schedule, not the database (for lack of a better term). after i come back and update the plan and regenerate the schedule it becomes corrupt with all the past spelling errors. if i remember then as i go through the spell check I write down all the spelling errors and go back and hunt them all down and weed them out... is there a better solution? Details are the same with spelling errors being found but not updated but that is another level because you are dealing with blocks... so you can go into the block and do a spell check and catch all the same errors and update the block.

thoughts on how to "push" these changes into databases and blocks?

thanks

Bob
Yes, definitely on the radar still. Yes, any change to an entire dialog is a large amount of work (like the recent concept tools update).

Thanks for keeping these ideas active, guys!

In the meantime, I recommend maintaining a refnote template to minimize the amount of typing you'll need to do as much as possible. That way most of your items can be imported with only minor edits. Then if you encounter a spelling mistake, make sure to update the template, too.

Thank you Bob! This has been one of the improvements that I've been asking for. It's nice to know that I'm not the only one. I believe that LandFX is moving to a new system for reference notes and legends that will show the misspelling just like a word processor or this web-window will. Maybe LandFX will comment on the progress they've made in this area. I'm sure however that this is a major effort, not just changing a line of code.
