I did a few quick searches through the documentation section and forum and didn't see anything, so I don't think this is already in the system.
Would it be possible to add a stationing function to FX? It would be awesome to be able to station a trail or walking path (or other linear items) from a Polyline in the center of said trail or path. My thought is almost like the native measure or divide tool, but to add dynamic text that calculates or tracks what the station is.

We were discussing a bit in the office, and here's another, better workaround.
1. Place a spot elevation at the beginning of your centreline. Just give it any elevation, like the default 0.00.
2. Do another spot elevation, continuing from last. Don't worry about the slope, just make sure the "Slope Form" option says "Pace spot elevations every #ft (or #m)", matching your station incraments, on horizontal distance.
3. Edit the resulting spot elevation points to be 0+00, 0+10, etc.
It's not perfect standard industry formatting, but will work in a pinch.

It's a great idea. We've had a few requests for this and have it on the list for a future F/X Site Ribbon tool, related to the grading tools.
It the meantime, the workaround (which I'm sure you're already doing, or something similar) would be:
1. Use the MEASURE command on the path's centreline. This will create points along it.
2. Use the Leader with Text tool on the F/X Site Ribbon.
3. Right click or hit enter immeditately after starting that leader with text tool to access options. Here, you can choose the style of the leader.
4. Turn on the node snap for your OSNAP. Node will snap to the points created by the measure tool, making it easy to place your stations.
4. Manually enter the station (0+00, etc.). You'll now have a multileader using a standard office text style at scale.
5. For edits, use QSELECT to choose all the points created with the MEASURE command, use MEASURE again and simply move your mleader labels to the new snaps.
If you have another workaround that you're using, feel free to post it here for others while that feature request is still in the development queue.
