Symbol Rotation

So I have a design completed but I changed the UCS after the fact. This in turn rotates all the symbols and text. Is there an easy way to rotate these objects in a situation like this so that they are displayed properly? Thanks for your replies in advance.

There is not, as the rotation would also affect all of the valve callouts and pipe labels.

I would need those rotated as well but would stay in there position relative to the piping. http://screencast.com/t/7ZBXkcJtjvOS Here's an example.
