Remove Data: Planting F/X for Revit® Plugin
Quick video
Our Remove Data tool provides a quick way to disassociate the LAFX Shared Parameter properties from a family, floor, toposolid, or toposolid subdivision in your planting design in Revit.
This capability can help if you accidentally assign a groundcover plant to a floor or toposolid and need to set it back, or if you'd like to use our tree and shrub families for existing trees but not have them count in schedules. This process cannot be reversed, so take care to remove the data before doing so.
Note that Remove Data is not necessary for sharing an RVT model with non-Planting F/X users.
Remove Data Overview
Open our Remove Data tool:
Planting F/X ribbon, Remove Data flyout
Select a Planting F/X object you want to disassociate with its LAFX parameter data, as in the example below.
The data will be removed.
