Error: 'Invalid Export File' (Restoring Backed-Up LandFX Folder)

Issue

You received the following error message when trying to restore a backed-up LandFX folder:

Invalid export file

Cause

You might experience this issue because your LandFX folder is nested deep within a folder on your computer, or within an online file-sharing system using a service such as Dropbox or Google Drive.

Solution

Move the LandFX folder to your desktop and restore it from there. You should now be able to restore it successfully.
