Updated Manufacturer Partner Custom Reports (2023)

Due to a discontinued analytics service outside the Land F/X realm, we've rebuilt our reporting system. As such, viewing Custom Reports created prior to May 1, 2023, will require a few extra steps.

How to access older Custom Report data:

On the Reports page of the Land F/X Portal, you'll see a list of zip files, which contain PDFs of quarterly reports pre-May 1 2023. Download and unzip these files to see any old data you need.

Why is this step necessary?

We had previously used the robust and widely used Google Analytics platform to capture all our reporting data previously, but Google discontinued usage of their analytics on Jul 1, 2023. More information

Because Google's updated platform was considerably different from the previous version, we decided to create our own reporting platform just for you. It's now purpose-built for tracking the specific information we're logging.

As the previous reporting system has stopped collecting data and will stop functioning altogether at the end of 2023, we've disabled the old reporting system. Moving forward, the new reports will get you all the data you need.

Moving forward, this new platform is going to be much more dynamic, allowing us to continue to develop new reports, metrics, and features. Stay tuned!
