Missing lt.ttf Font Files (Opening CAD or Running a Land F/X Tool)
Issue
You saw an error message informing you of a missing lt.ttf font when placing a plant label or Photo Callout.
Cause
You may have set up a new installation and are using a pre-existing Preference Set. The ITC Stylus Bold (lt.ttf) font was previously part of our Text Style defaults, and we've since updated to use the Graphite family of fonts instead, which is likely why you're seeing this error.
For more information on our fonts update, see our Fonts Update article.
Solution
Your Photo Label or Plant Callout Text Style may have been using this font, which we've stopped providing. If you want to continue using this font, your office will need to purchase it.
If you have a paid-for version of ITC Stylus Bold, make sure it's installed, then use our steps to customize our default Text Styles to assign it to the correct Text Style.
