Are Detail Bubble Callouts Associated With Data or a Database? (Copying Bubble Callouts)

Do Detail Bubble Callouts work the same as Detail Callouts? That is, are they associated with some data or database? When I move Detail Bubble Callouts from one drawing to another, they are sometimes out of order and otherwise incorrect. This makes me think I need to clear any data associated with them. Is this correct?

The text for Detail Bubble Callouts is associated with the actual callout bubble, and then also with the Mtext. So you can freely copy either a callout or the Mtext from one detail to another. The system does not like callouts with identical numbers. If you want to copy a callout between drawings, we recommend copying the Mtext from the original callout and pasting it outside the border of the detail where you would like to place it the callout. You can then copy that text and place it into the Detail Bubble dialog box to create a new bubble callout.
