Error: Invalid Serial Number (Activating F/X CAD)

Issue

You tried to activate F/X CAD and received an Invalid serial number error.

Cause

This error occurs when the same year version of F/X CAD is already installed, or has already been installed, on your computer.

Solution 

1. Follow our steps to uninstall & reinstall F/X CAD.

2. Activate F/X CAD again. You should now be able to activate without seeing the error.
