Custom Trusted Sites Missing After Installing F/X Workstation

Issue

After running our F/X Workstation installer, you're noticing that your custom Trusted Sites are missing.

Cause

F/X Workstation deploys our Trusted Sites under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE registry tree so they're available for all users of a computer. Unfortunately, Windows disregards any entries under the HKEY_CURRENT_USERS tree when any entries are present under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.

Solution

You can resolve this issue by moving required sites from the location HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings to the location HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings.
