Power Tip: Scale Reference

The Scale Reference command provides a handy way to scale objects and images based on a known distance. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to figure out the exact steps needed for properly scaled results when using this feature. That's why we automated the complexity out of the process, as we've done with so many other native CAD commands, by introducing a dialog box and simplifying the prompts. We'll show you how just how easily you can now scale based on objects in your drawing without the worry of whether you've run through the proper steps.
