Plant Schedule not updating correctly

I tried to replicate what you described on my end by placing a tree, running a schedule, adding a new tree to the plant manager, placing that one and then regenerating the plant schedule without closing CAD. I couldn't replicate the behaviour you're describing.

Could you please send in your drawing with the plant data, and describe the exact steps you're taking to replicate the error. What schedule options/buttons/right clicks/etc are you doing that lead up to the issue of the schedule not showing a new plant when regenerated?

It looks like I don't have an issue if I use the add 'new' plant.  I only have an issue if I import a plant from another project.

Work flow:

Import a plant from previous project.

Place plant in project.

Run plant schedule, regenerate.

Imported plant does not show up in regenerated schedule.

Save and close.

Open drawing.

Run plant schedule, regenerate.

Imported plant now shows up in regenerated schedule.

It appears this is due to the recent change, of retaining the source plant's group when importing.

In this case, the plant is in the group "Ornamental & Flowering Trees", yet you do not have that group defined in the current preference set.  In addition to defining this group in your default plant groups, even just opening up the Preferences screen will resolve it.

Further, this should be an easy fix to add to Friday's update.
