I used POLYDIVIDE to split a drip area in two, and now the hatch is at 45 degrees from the direction I need it on the top half and -45 on the bottom half! It used to be that I could manually change the angle using MO or hatch editor, but it's no longer working (admittedly it's been a long time since I've done it). How can I adjust it?

Well something is obviously off with that hatch.
An AUDIT might repair something. But at this point, it would be quickest to just delete and re-place it.

In the screenshot, the Properties palette shows the hatch angle at 0. You should be be able to change it there.
