This is the 2nd time this has happened to me on a different project. The first time I manually resized the block which caused other issues when piping, but I need a definitive solution if this happens again. See screen shot. I have been working on this design multiple times, but today is the first day it decided to do this when I opened it. In this case it is all the low angle rotor symbols.

The solution to this is easy - simply delete the errant blocks and Purge them out of the drawing.
As for identifying the cause, make sure your drawings are clean, with units set correctly, and rid of proxy corruption.
