A 3D View is Required to Import (Importing into Revit®)

Issue

You tried to import your planting design into Revit through the 3D Connection and Planting F/X for Revit Plugin, but received the following error when you clicked the Import button:

 

A 3D view is required to import.

Cause

You've likely missed the first step in importing your planting design: changing the view in Revit to a 3D view.

Solution

Follow the Before Importing Into Revit steps in our Planting F/X for Revit Import tool documentation. Once you've changed the view in Revit to 3D, you should be able to import successfully.
