Error: The Currently Loaded Shared Parameter File is Not the LandFX-Shared-Parameters File (Using One of Our Plugins for Revit®)

Issue

You saw the following error message when using one of our plugins for Revit:

The currently loaded shared parameter file is not the LandFX-Shared-Parameters file.

Cause

The shared parameters file for your plugin hasn't been loaded, which is preventing the plugin from working.

Solution

Go back to our installation guide for the Revit plugin, and complete Step 3: Load the Planting F/X Shared Parameters.

You can switch away from the LandFX-Shared-Parameters file – including switching to your own company shared parameters – when not using Land F/X tools, but the LandFX-Shared-Parameters file must be loaded while you're actively using Land F/X tools.
