Correct a Drawing With a 3D View
Issue
You opened a drawing you received from a client or consultant, only to find it's in 3D and zoomed in a way that prevents you from viewing it properly.
Or you're trying to convert a 3D view into a section.
Solution
To change the perspective in a drawing, type -VIEW in the Command line.
When prompted to Enter an option, type O for Orthographic.
When prompted to Enter an option, you have a number of view options:
- Type T for Top view.
- Type B for Bottom view.
- Type F for Front view.
- Type BA for Back view.
- Type L for Left view.
- Type R for Right view.
