Problems Creating a Zip File

Issue

You're trying to create a zip file of a file or folder on your computer, but you have been unable to make the zip file.

Cause

This issue generally occurs if you have zip software installed on your computer (such as WinZip, 7zip, WinRar, etc.), and the free trial has expired.

Solution

To be able to create a zip file, you'll need to either:

• Pay for the normal installation of your zip software, or
• Uninstall the zip software from your Control Panel and use the Windows zip capability to create your zip file.
