Error: Failure to Lookup Driver Entry at Path 'C:\program files\MySQL\Connector ODBC 5.3\myodbc5.dll'

Issue

You saw a message similar to the following when looking up your ODBC driver:

Error: Failure to lookup driver entry at path 'C:\program files\MySQL\Connector ODBC 5.5\myodbc5.dll'

Solution

1. Remove the LandFX entry.

2. Click Add, then select MySQL ODBC 5.5 as the driver. Make the following selections:

• Server: localhost
• User: ODBC
• Password: Leave this field blank.
• Select the landfx database from the pull-down menu.

3. Click Test. The test should now run successfully.
