Irrigation Schedule Is Not Grouping Equipment / Is Listing the Same Equipment in Separate Lines

Issue

You placed an Irrigation Schedule, and it isn't grouping your equipment correctly. For example, one component type is coming in as several separate line items rather than having the overall quantity listed in one line item.

Cause

The system currently reads blocks with different attributes as separate line items and quantities. The components in your drawing likely include different attributes despite representing the same type of equipment.

Solution

We're currently working on improving this logic to be more customized per equipment category. In the meantime, you can use one of the following workarounds:

Workaround 1

Place one instance of the problematic equipment. Give it your attribute name when prompted, then copy that block throughout the project.

Workaround 2

If you've already placed all the equipment blocks, double-click each of the symbols and give them all the same attribute in the Enhanced Attribute Editor. The system will tally and group together everythng with that same attribute.
