If you submit a technical support ticket to our team, we'll commonly ask for your DWG file and associated Land F/X data for further troubleshooting. We've made it incredibly easy to get us these items using our Support tool or the Land F/X Portal. We'll show you how to send in your files for the best chance of having your issue diagnosed quickly and getting back to designing.
