Maybe I am lazy, but it would be nice to assign a specification word document to a reference note and the spec would then be copied to the project folder.

Brian,

If you assign CSI details to everything, the Detail Report can produce a list of unique CSI categories.
That could then be used with either a Word Mail-Merge, or one of the online spec writing services.

Yes we use CSI.
We have a large folder of well organized word files that we manually copy from.
