Hi David, you can find elevation door blocks by opening the Elevation Graphics tool, and navigating to Architectural > Doors.

Plan-view door blocks are in the pipeline. If there's anything you'd like to see in particular, just let us know!

Plan view doors are currently in production, and should be released soon. Should be no more than another couple months.
