Is there a way to delete and backup multiple data files in the project list on the cloud at once? As of now I can only do one at a time and it's a tedious process.

Unfortunately there is not a way to bulk delete projects at this time.
We do have it on our list to add this functionality to the Portal, which will be improving dramatically this coming year.
But for now you will have to do one at a time.
