I need to ask if there is any explanation that I got big difference between the precipitation rate of the same irrigation equip type(Here it is dripline area)?
Am expecting to get same or slightly differences ..

Without seeing the files I can only guess that you haven't resized the zones after making a change. See the link below for that possible cause:
Identical Zones Have Different Precipitation Rates
If this is not the case, then it could be that you have problems with the areas that dripline is covering, messing up what the system sees as usable area in its calculations, or quite possibly one of the following other issues covered in the links below.
Valve Has No Precipitation Rate or Too High Precipitation Rate (When Running a Valve Schedule)
Valve Schedule: Excessive Precip Rate in One Station
Submitting a tech support ticket with your files would be best so you can point us to the zones in question, and we can take a look at what might be happening.
