Merry Christmas and happy new year to all of you.
I have an issue when placing RainBird 5000 series turf rotor.
First it says no catalogue while installing and while placing it is not functioning properly..
It also shows very high pressure when I check the equipment info as attached.

Nibal,
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you as well. What happens if you use the Replace function within the Edit Equipment dialog? Will it allow you to pick from the proper available design pressures?
After adding the exact equipment back with the replace tool, you should see proper pressures, but let us know if you see otherwise any sending your drawing files in a tech support ticket, and we can go from there.

Thank you for the reply below for my support ticket..
am putting it here for the benefit of all others irrigation designers in case they faced similar situation..
Hi Nibal,
Thank you for reaching out. We're looking in your project files. Jake also linked me to your Land F/X thread post.
I found that you are correct, the Bars for the "TURF ROTOR 5000" was wrong. It was roughly listing the PSI of the head instead of the Bars. If you click edit equipment on the turf rotor 5000, you can re-select 2.4 Bars, and it will adjust the pressure to that.
In your community post, you also stated that the turf rotor 5000 is not functioning properly when placing it. Could you describe that further to me?
Jesse Conner
I did edit the equipment and chose 2.4 bars in the design pressure window but still showing high bar.
5000 Rotor head series is functioning weird while placing as attached. it also giving small radius not like before.

Hi Nibal,
Yes the spray radius will appear differently with the incorrect bars reading in the design pressure. But once the design pressure is changed, it will revert to its normal scale. Have you tried changing the turf rotor 5000 to a different pressure? Like 3.1 or 3.8?
Dear Jesse,
When I go to edit window
And click design pressure , it give error saying no catalogue information
Then when I clicked ok
I changed to 3.1 and 3.8
The placed heads are instantly changed radiuses to normal ones (as attached)
But when I place a new one it function weird again( as attached)

Jake,
In the same problematic file,
I replaced the Problematic turf rotors 3500 series with the turf spray to save time,
after placing and sizing the valve , it gave me white angled polylines as shown in the attached file .. what can be the problem for this?..
Please note that am using Autocad 2018
& Land F/X is up to date

Nibal,
There was a bug with fixed-arc rotors in Metric plans.
This has been fixed with the 19.01 update.

Many Thanks Jake & Jeremiah for the fix.
But now am not able to install the update to check if the fix is working in my plan.
the install button is not activated..
Think because I have Autocad 2018, and Land F/X is only supporting version 2019 and higher, Am I right?

Jake,
Please find the attached file..
the 5000 series is fixed and working good but
3500
8000 series are not. They are showing high pressure in the data information(same problem like 5000 before)
after placing 3500 head SERIES and sizing the valve , it gave me white angled polylines as shown in the attached file .. what can be the problem for this?.
I sent the files
Please need help
