I wasn't sure what to post this under...

I was working late last night and I have an issue that I could not resolve in the fog of 3 a.m. I found a work around, but I wanted to bring it to your attention. This may have begun after the latest update, but I cannot say for sure if that is what triggered it. I went to insert a new plant, the block chosen hadn't been defined in the drawing as of yet and rather than just working like it always does, the insert / define block dialogue opened. This also happened when i attempted to use the breakline from Discipline Graphics > callouts.

After a lengthy remote session yesterday, we found no command redefinitions or third party customizations. There was another Autodesk 2017 product noted in the Program Files folder, so we recommended reinstalling F/X CAD — issue resolved.

From that info, and the symptoms, it still appears that the Insert command has been redefined.
It probably will be best to give us a call when you have a chance, and we can remote into your machine and take a look.

It is not the ProjectWise add-on. I am using F/D CAD 2017 and it is indicating an unknown command and opening the insert dialogue.

Command: _.INSERT
Command: \\192.168.1.13\LANDARCHSTUDIOSPLLC\LANDARCHSTUDIOS\PROGRAMS\LANDFX/BLOCKS/GRAPHICS/PLANTING/TREES/01-deciduouslas/TREE-LAS-003-E.dwg Unknown command "\\192.168.1.13\LANDARCHSTUDIOSPLLC\LANDARCHSTUDIOS\PROGRAMS\LANDFX/BLOCKS/GRAPHICS/PLANTING/TREES/01-DECIDUOUSLAS/TREE-LAS-003-E.DWG". Press F1 for help.
I have seen this before when the ProjectWise add-on is installed.
If that is not the case, there should be a clue at the command line history.
