Good morning dear all,

I noticed in the equip info window of the dripline am using a high pressure of 10.34 however am using only 1.5 bars as design pressure..

and this happened in another project before and I ended up sizing each valve individually again to get the right pressure.

Any explanation and help please?

Thanks in Advance,

Nibal
Nibal,
Unfortunately you are the only one that has reported this issue and we are unable to replicate, so until we can find what is causing this, we are unable fix anything. We strongly believe it has something to do with the templates or past projects you continue to use which possibly have errant pieces of equipment. I would love to do a screenshare with you today so we can try and identify what is going on. I will reach out in your open ticket to set a time.

Regards,
Please Jesse, Jake,

I just came with same old issue, the high flow and pressure for the drip and turf rotors valves..

Yesterday I sized many of the drip valves in my plan, the size and the highlight flow and pressure were matching.
Just now I was calling out the valves i sized yesterday, but got high flow . when I checked the data equip, I found that the pressure is so high too..
I repeated the sizing again..

Am getting so frustrated, please is there any possibility to be a bug and can be fixed..
I have my submission on the 10 the of July..

Please need help..
Just to mention that i did installed the recent update today..
Can be there any relation between the update and this problem?

Nibal
Jake,

I just checked the irrigation preference set and it showed l/m for flow and bars for pressure so there is no issue with this.
I did replace the equipment and it sorted out the drip valves

but today I have same issue with the tree valves however they were sized fine yesterday.
I also replaced the bubbler with the same and the needed pressure 1.5 bars and it worked for now after sizing the valves.

I think I need to keep observing this issue for while then I'll send a ticket if it came again.
Nibal,
1.5 PSI = 10.34 KPa, so it looks like your units might be off, or that equipment was added/imported using the wrong units set from your Preference Set, possibly? You could try making sure your units are good in the drawing, then check the Preference Set flow/pressure units to ensure they match. Then use the Replace option on that equipment and add it back to your project, ensuring the proper pressure is picked, then resize your zones to see if this corrects your issue. From here, sending your files in a tech support ticket will help us determine whether or not this is a bug or improper workflow, thanks!
