In this case we want to put "TYP SYM" below the plant name on every callout. The text size is 2' tall (shows gigantic in callout dwg), not sure how to fix that.

In following the steps to customize the plant callout, you would simply add a piece of text as desired in the block definition.
Yes, 2' tall would be huge, as the block is designed in Paperspace units. Just make the text to match the size of the callout attributes and you should be fine.

Thanks, we will try that. That's almost too simple (after everything I've tried) I hope it will still scale properly when put into different plan scales (10 scale or 20 scale). Will try it out, thanks again!
