Landscape Architecture - Project Manager
As part of our tight-knit design team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from conception through completion. This role will primarily be responsible for supporting the development of conceptual design drawings, construction documents, and client coordination. Daily activities may include: preparation of conceptual plans; modifications of plans based on red lines, government comments, and/or input from the client; and attendance at client review meetings. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and take initiative.
Position Requirements:
Degree in Landscape Architecture
Strong AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Basic knowledge of site planning
Desired Qualifications:
Landscape and hardscape expertise a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Freehand illustration and rendering skills a plus
Ability to review and apply government regulations correctly to site and landscape plans
Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and verbal presentation skills
Knowledge of Florida vegetation and growing conditions a plus
Minimum Education Level:
Bachelor’s Degree, Landscape Architecture

Landscape Architecture CAD Technician
As part of our tight-knit design team, you will have the opportunity to design and develop drawings, site plans, landscape plans, and construction detailing. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and take initiative.
Primarily responsibilities include:
Design and develop landscape architecture drawings, including as-builts and basic survey drawings
Perform quality control checks, maintain quality standards in all work produced, check computations, and/or review drawings
Coordinate drawings and submittals in partnership with the project team
Position Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
1 to 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., landscape architect firm, multi-disciplined or civil engineering firm, architecture firm)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Land F/X, SketchUp, and/or 3D rendering a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to review and apply government regulations correctly to site and landscape plans
Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and verbal presentation skills
