Nibal,
I just wanted to complete the conversation here so it shows as complete for all others searching.
I received the files you sent in, modified the entries to remove the duplicates (from both the project data and Preference Set files), and sent things back to you through our open Tech Support ticket.
After restoring these files into Land F/X, and setting your preferred mainline classes within the Preference Set and within your project's pipe data dialog, you should be able to regen your schedules to see the proper listing of pipe.
If it happens again we will want to do a screenshare so you can show us the workflow being done to get this result, since we are unable to replicate.
Regards,

Nibal,
Please refer to the Power Tip Below on how you might go about finding that errant pipe in your drawing. The video goes into additional Irrigation troubleshooting techniques, but also covers your exact issue. Please let us know if you are still having issues finding where that pipe is, by submitting a tech support ticket with the appropriate files, and we can help get you squared away.

Hi Jake,
Thank you of the reply.
I did the same in the power tip, but when I draw a piece of the unused pipe type then I did highlight, it only highlighted the piece I draw.
One more thing I noticed, that in the schedule it gave the exact quantities of the original pipe type I am using in the project.. which is not possible..
Thank you of the reply.

Nibal,
It sounds like you need to send in your problematic files via the tech support ticket system then, and we can take a look at what might be happening.

"Nibal,
The project data file you are using has a duplicate set of mainline class 1, set to schedule 40. This is what was causing the duplicate entry in the schedule. I went into the data file, found the schedule 40 version of the mainline entry and removed it from the list.
You should be able to take the attached file, restore it back into your project list and regen your schedule to see the corrected pipe entries.
If you have any questions please let us know and we can go from there.

Thank you Jake for the solution, it worked perfect..
But would like to know what I did to get duplicate set of mainline class 1?
Recently, I set up my pipes standards correctly in the Irrigation manager, so it was easier and time saving for any new project..
so how did I get the duplicate mainline?
one more question?
Any way please to show the reply on the support ticket here in the forum too for the benefit of all of us.. For now, it is only shown in the email..
Thanks,
Nibal

Nibal,
We are looking into what may have caused that. Currently our developer is out for the Holidays, so I will ask once he is back. I know there was a point where the system did make duplicate entries in project data, but that was years ago and has since been fixed, so unless you are using extremely old templates, that wouldn't be why. I will keep you posted on what we find.
As for showing the reply to a ticket in the forum post, this is not how it works. You did great by noting what that fix was back in this post, however we will need to talk internally about what is even allowed across the two different platforms. For now, a simple recap from our/your side will have to do.

Nibal,
Thanks for your patience, and Happy New Year to you as well! So we discussed things and the only thing that could have caused that duplication is old data replicated from the bug a couple of years ago. If this happens again definitely let us know so we can try and lock-on to where this keeps happening for you.
Cheers,

Jake,
Thank you for the update..
unfortunately, i just started a new project and it happened to me again:( ..
I noticed that the mainline sch. 40 is always there in the default pipe data, however i never used or added it to my default pipes.
and I am not able to delete it permanently.
I kept clearing it then saving then it comes again when I check the pipe data.
Kindly see the attached file..

Nibal,
It sounds like we need to try clearing out the data that is listed in your Preference Set. Please use the tech support system and send us the Preference Set you use for your projects. We will take a look at the backend data and see if that is where things are stemming from.
