I have created a Notation within my RefNote Manager.
I have placed the callout into my drawing, but when I revise the Schedule the Notation does not show up. What am I missing?

I just tested in a blank drawing on my end, and didn't have an issue when adding a new notation items to the plan and regenerating an existing schedule.
Here's some troubleshooting ideas to isolate where the issue is occurring on your end:
1. Test in a blank drawing made from the acad.dwt or acadiso.dwt template, with a blank project. Does the same thing occur, or is this specific to the original drawing?
Here's instructions on how to do this: Try to Duplicate an Issue or Error in a Blank Drawing
If it is specific to your drawing, check the items below, and check clean for drawing corruption.
2. Are you using work areas in this drawing?
Notation reference notes will only get picked up by a work area specific schedule if the callout is entirely within the work area. If this is the case, move the edge of the work area or the callout so it lies entirely within the work area.
If those aren't it, please send in the drawing in a ticket, let me know which notation isn't updating in which schedule and I'll take a look.
