We have been experiencing issues with selecting and editing plant blocks. The plant blocks are not showing up or it is showing the wrong thumbnail associated with the block file (see attached PLantBlockIssue.JPG). You can see in the attached image that it showing Nepeta x faanssenii as a vine symbol in the block selection but in the Plant info this block is not showing up. When I place the plant in the drawing file it is a circle with a square in the middle like shown in the attached image PlantBlockIssue_Label.JPG. I know we have been experiencing similar issues on different workstations so it leads me to believe that this is a communication issue with our block files.
Please let me know your thoughts.

From your screenshots, you're clicking to edit the plant, and the preview image isn't showing up at all. This suggests that the computer where you're editing that plant is linked to a Land F/X server blocks folder where that symbol has either never been used before, or in the case of your custom "Callander" symbol folder, doesn't exist as a custom symbol in that blocks folder.
Your office had an issue earlier this past July where we confirmed in a technical support ticket that the LandFX/blocks folder on the same mapped letter drive looked different on two computers in the office, and you were going to reach out to your office IT to determine the syncing issue. We talked to your IT and they were going to look into syncing options. This looks like the same issue again.
Have you checked to compare the plant symbols folder between the computers where the symbols show up and don't show up to see if they have different information again?
