Hello,
I noticed that the plant callouts recently changed so that you select where you would like to place the callout and then you can select how far to extend the leader line. This update can be helpful in certain situations. My one issue is when moving the plant callouts around you have 2 points you need to change. With this update is there an easy way to cleanly move the callout without selecting the 2 points? Can this feature be turned off?

The manual extension feature has always been on option with both the old block/leader and new mleader plant callouts.
Maybe somebody in your office changed the Plant Preference option for this? You can find how to change that preference back to fixed here: Landing Distance.
If you're using the new mleader callouts, you should be able to just pick up the grip on the callout and move the mleader, and the landing will stay the same size. Is that what you're looking for?
