Hi folks,
Rain Bird stopped using the F4-PC & F4-FC as their part number for the 6504 Falcon quite a bit ago, but I see it's still showing in the system and the description in my legend. I can select Series and it's ID'd as 6504 but then in the Model screen I'm still seeing the F4 old part numbers. Check with Rain Bird about whether that should be updated? Or something I can fix on my end?
Thanks,
Julie

Julie,
Yes, we are right in the middle of quite a few audits with Rainbird specifically, so I will make sure to include this in our next meeting with them. We are just finalizing the controller changes and drip, then moving onto heads, so thanks for the inquiry.

For now, you should be able to edit your equipment from the Irrigation Manager and make the needed changes to the model name and description as needed. When running a new schedule, the changes should apply for you. If there is something else still not pulling through for you, let us know and we can see where we are on timeline of getting that fixed for you.

Julie,
I have met with our Rainbird contact and we have updated our listing to show as the 6504-PC/FC. Please keep in mind that certain documentation pages might still reference this rotor as the F4.

Cheers,
