After placing a section flag or double flag from discipline graphics the circle disappears. I went through and made sure it was a simple layer freeze issue and it's not. I can't seem to have this graphic work correctly.

After discussing this with the Landfx team, there wasn't an issue at all. I just needed to continue to follow the steps on the command line. What I was doing was placing the flag and then pressing 'enter' without inputing the section # and page #, which in return the flag bubble was disappearing due to the lack of information input.
