Hello all! I'm hoping somebody with more CAD experience than me can help me out with an issue our office is trying to solve.

I'm trying to see if there is a way to generate a log file showing how long a drawing has been worked on.

I found out that there is a command called "time" which shows how long the current drawing has been opened, but I can't see that it can generate a text log file.

Hoping some more experienced designers here might have some potential solutions

Thank you all,
Michael Reid

That does help, thank you.

Now I just have to get used to not leaving the drawing open when I go into a meeting "for 5 minutes" that turns into an hour :D

Michael,
There is the Statistic Tab within the Drawing Properties dialog. See the link below on this function and let us know if this is what you were looking for.
